This project reflects a commitment to cultural preservation and adaptive reuse. The design balances conservation with contemporary functionality — original stonework and historic character are carefully preserved, while new interventions introduce thoughtful spatial planning, modern infrastructure, and public amenities. The restored Old Fort is envisioned as a living cultural hub.
